DELIVERY CHARGES

UK DELIVERIES

Standard refers to large letters and small parcels (as defined by Royal Mail) up to 2Kg.

Tracking information will be provided on your confirmation of dispatch email.

Standard UK Delivery - £5.99, (usually Free on orders over £75.00)
 via Royal Mail 48/2nd Class (generally 2-3 working days for mainland UK) or our chosen courier. Applies to large letters and small parcels (as defined by Royal Mail) up to 2Kg.

Standard UK Tracked Delivery - £6.99 
Royal Mail 48/2nd Class Tracked (generally 2-3 working days for mainland UK) or our chosen courier. Applies to large letters and small parcels (as defined by Royal Mail) up to 2Kg.



Express UK Delivery - £7.99 
Royal Mail 24/1st Class (generally 1-2 working days for mainland UK) or our chosen courier. Applies to large letters and small parcels (as defined by Royal Mail) up to 2Kg.



Express UK Tracked Delivery - £8.99 
Royal Mail 24/1st Class Tracked (generally 1-2 working days for mainland UK) or our chosen courier. Applies to large letters and small parcels (as defined by Royal Mail) up to 2Kg.


Large/Heavy  - refers to parcels up to 20Kg
 
Parcel Courier - 2 Working Days - £12.00 (Free on orders over £120.00)
 Applies to Large or Heavy Items (over 2Kg). This will be indicated on the product listing.

Parcel Courier - Next Working Day - £14.99 
Applies to Large or Heavy Items (over 2Kg). This will be indicated on the product listing.

Please note that delivery times are indicative of the time frame from the date of dispatch rather from the date of order. This is particularly relevant to any items dispatched directly from our suppliers, which may be subject to a processing delay between the date of order and the date of dispatch.



For operational reasons, TPL Apparel Ltd reserves the right to amend or change the selected carrier at its sole discretion. Any changes made to the selected carrier will be to alternate services offering the same or improved delivery times. TPL Apparel Ltd will cover any additional charges arising from such changes.



From time to time we may offer free UK Standard Delivery on all orders. This will be publicised on the site and the delivery charge will not be applied at the checkout.

TPL Apparel Ltd does not guarantee delivery unless a tracked delivery service is selected nor do we guarantee delivery by a specific date unless a special delivery service is selected. We do not accept liability for delayed deliveries where the goods were sent in accordance with the delivery service selected. In all other instances, we will only refund claims for non-delivered goods where we are unable to provide evidence of dispatch and corresponding third-party confirmation of delivery, e.g. screenshot of your order on our dispatch system with address and/or tracking information correlating to an independent third party carrier's (Royal Mail, UPS or similar) confirmation of delivery. If we are unable to provide such information then a full refund will be made.

A third party carrier's confirmation of delivery (as detailed above) shall be deemed to confirm that delivery has actually taken place and discharges our liability thereafter.

Deliveries requested to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour are complied with at our discretion dependent upon order value and perceived risk and, where such deliveries are made, these are wholly at the customers own risk of loss, damage or theft. We will not accept any liability or provide replacements or refunds for claims of undelivered or missing parcels where third party confirmation of delivery can be provided.

Items returned to us as unclaimed, not collected, undeliverable or found to be damaged in transit during their return to us can be re-sent upon payment of a further postage charge of £5.00 or the original order delivery charge, whichever is the larger. For reasons of discretion, we do NOT actively contact the customer where goods are received back unclaimed as circumstances may make this inappropriate. It is the customer's responsibility to contact us to advise of non-receipt and to request re-delivery if the items have been returned to us. Where re-delivery of such items is requested we will require confirmation of the delivery address and payment of the additional fee prior to the goods being dispatched. Payment can be made with a debit or credit card over the phone or online via a PayPal invoice. You do not need a PayPal account to use this facility.

DIRECT DELIVERIES FROM OUR SUPPLIERS

Certain product lines are delivered directly from our suppliers. Because we do not always have direct control or continuous updates of stock in these circumstances, all direct delivery orders are accepted provisionally subject to stock being available. Orders will be confirmed once stock availability has been confirmed with the supplier.
Orders for direct delivery items suitable for dispatch via standard delivery channels, e.g. Royal Mail, will be passed to our suppliers within 24 hours of receipt. Subject to stock being available, delivery should take place within 10 working days dependent upon the delivery method selected. 


OVERSEAS DELIVERIES

WE ARE CURRENTLY DELIVERING TO THE UK ONLY. OVERSEAS DELIVERIES WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON, AT WHICH TIME THE FOLLOWING CHARGES WILL APPLY

EU Countries - Tracked Delivery - £14.99 (3-10 working days)

Rest of World - Tracked Delivery - £25.00 (3-10 working days)

TPL Apparel Ltd is not responsible for any local import and customs duties or local taxes payable for goods delivered overseas. All such charges are payable by the customer to their country's postal and/or customs service.

No refunds will be made for items delayed in customs due to unpaid import duties and taxes until such time as the goods are returned to us. All refunds made in these circumstances will be subject to a 5% (min £5.00) reduction in respect of our finance and administration fees.



DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES

Subject to items being in stock...

UK Standard and Express delivery orders received(*) before 2.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day wherever possible but we cannot guarantee this. Goods will be dispatched the next working day (M-F) at the latest.

Parcel courier delivery orders received(*) before 2.00pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day wherever possible but we cannot guarantee this. Goods will be dispatched the next working day (M-F) at the latest.

Orders received(*) after these times will be dispatched the following working day (M-F).

Orders received over Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day, e.g. an order placed on Good Friday through to Easter Monday will be dispatched the following Tuesday.

Express delivery is only available for goods in stock. 

(*) Order received time refers to the time the order is received and processed by TPL Apparel Ltd. This is not necessarily the same time as the order is placed/confirmed/submitted.



All dispatch and delivery times are dependent on items being in stock. We will make every effort to let you know if items will take longer.



TPL Apparel Ltd cannot and does not accept responsibility for delays in transit once goods have been dispatched.



CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR DELIVERIES

Orders placed after 12pm on 24th December will be dispatched the next working day after Christmas.

PACKAGING



Orders including fragile accessories, e.g. bottles, body care products, etc., will be dispatched in standard postage boxes within polythene mailing bags unless gift wrapping is requested during the ordering process.

Gift wrap orders aside, as an environmentally responsible business, we believe in recycling outer and protective packaging wherever possible. This has the triple benefit of reducing our costs, allowing us to maintain the best prices to you the customer and, most importantly, helps to conserve the environment. Accordingly, you may notice that outer packaging and protective packaging may make reference to other products or companies. We appreciate that this means your delivery may not look as pretty as you might anticipate on arrival but, as we're sure you will agree, it's what's inside that counts, and if it means one less box to be dumped or plastic that will end up in the sea then we think that's a good thing and we hope you do too.



GIFT WRAPPING



We are delighted to offer gift wrapping as an option on most orders. Simply add our Gift Wrapping service to your order. 

The charge for gift wrapping is per item/set. If you are ordering multiple items that each requires gift wrapping you must add the correct number of gift wrap services. Where only one element of a multiple item order requires gift wrapping, please indicate which item this applies to in the Additional Information field of the checkout process.



CANCELLATION



In accordance with UK regulations, you have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days of the purchase, or fourteen days after receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel an order, your payment will be returned upon receipt of the returned goods. Please follow the procedures detailed on our returns page for returning goods.
