Payment

Payment can be made by any of the options advertised on our website. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, AmEx, PayPal and Klarna. The amount payable is the cost of the goods being ordered as displayed on the checkout page after all relevant discounts and offers have been applied together with any additional delivery charges which may apply. There are no additional card processing fees or charges payable. All transaction processing fees are the responsibility of TPL Apparel Ltd. 

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. If payment fails, your order will be cancelled. There will be no delivery until cleared funds have been received.

We adopt SSL industry standard practices to protect the confidentiality of your personal information on the website and during transmission. Our website is provided on a secure connection, which is why it is necessary to register as a customer. 

Card Payments

Credit and/or debit card details are never kept on our website or any of our servers. At the point of transaction, you will be passed straight through to our secure card payment facility. The padlock symbol and/or the characters https:// prefix the website address to show that it's a secure connection. This ensures that the highest level of security is achieved. We therefore do not have any record of any of your card details during this process.
