This collection takes it's inspiration from Claude Monet, whose revered brushstrokes saturate the canvas and a floral vision emerges. Compare this to Lise Charmel Reve Orchidee collection in which an exclusive devore print (think burnout effect) creates a play of opacity and transparency on a silk and viscose fabric.  Integrated with a 12 colour woven multi-thread embroidery and eyelash leavers lace, the impression is of sumptuous garden. All these design elements allow the material to flatten and stretch creating a painting of luscious colours on a muted ground. Art in three dimensions.
